Information for Mac users
Although the CD-Rom has been designed for use in a Microsoft Windows environment, it should also be accessible in a Mac environment.
The CD 'book' runs directly from the CD drive - it is not copied to your PC. The Windows installation process simply adds various shortcuts to the Start Menu and Desktop and copies a few small supporting files to the PC.
Whilst the CD will not autorun or install shortcuts on a Mac, the 'book' itself should still be accessible by pointing your browser to X:\root\index.htm where 'X' is your CD drive letter.
